The guest-list registration is closed. BUT this won't be too big of an issue. If you're on the guest-list, it simply allows you to go in and out of the event 'freely' after 9:30 PM. If you're already inside the event before 9:30PM, it will not be an issue unless you leave after that time. But even so, if you find someone (a U of M affiliate, like me) to 'vouch' you in, it is very easily done so.
